Each coach brings a wealth of experience, diverse skills, and a commitment to helping you reach your goals.
Below, you can learn more about each coach, their background, and what they’re passionate about.
When registering for the program, you’ll have the option to choose which coach you would like to work with. We believe in the power of connection, and we want to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout your experience with us.
Coach Chris
Previously, Chris has worked in various office and “in the field” roles, including account management and customer service.
Chris also served in the NZ and Australian military for almost a decade and was deployed overseas during his service.
His passion is assisting people to overcome their challenges by partnering with them to realise the positive changes they can make.
Coach Roxy
Roxy has been a Mental Health Coach in the community services sector for 6 years. She has worked in workplace and community settings and has delivered low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in both telehealth and face to face settings.
Before she became a Mental Health Coach, Roxy worked in Product Management and Engagement, specialising in software licensing.
Her passion for mental health sparked a career shift and she has since worked in service intake, coaching delivery and as a clinical supervisor.
Roxy loves working with people on their mental health journey and is particularly interested in supporting mentally healthy workplaces.
Coach Caroline
Caroline has worked in mental health for four years following a career in medical research and laboratory management, specialising in fertility.
A volunteer counselling role at Lifeline ignited her passion for mental health and Caroline moved to the community sector to take up mental health coaching as a low intensity CBT practitioner.
Now a member of a hospital Allied Health team, Caroline delivers personalised individual support to outpatients from all walks of life.
Compassion, empathy and respect are the cornerstones of her practice.
Caroline is active in her local community, serving as a volunteer firefighter with the Rural Fire Service.
Coach Corrie
Corrie started working in mental health more than a decade ago as an inaugural coach of the Low intensity CBT pilot program that introduced the impactful model of care into Australia.
Her mental health coaching experience since has spanned community and workplace settings and has included supervision as well as coaching roles.
Formerly an executive manager of corporate services in disability employment services, Corrie also has qualifications in education and social work.
Corrie’s values-driven, empathetic approach resonates across all age groups, and she is particularly interested in supporting people to recover and thrive after grief and loss.
Coach Jeremy
Jeremy has been a mental health coach for 5 years, specialising in low-intensity CBT as an effective way to help build resilience and achieve lasting mental wellness.
With 20+ years in the childcare industry, including 15 years as a centre director, Jeremy is passionate about cultivating nurturing and supportive environments.
Jeremy also runs his own football coaching academy, blending his love of sport with his commitment to building confidence and teamwork in children and adults of all skill levels.
Drawing on his own lived experiences, Jeremy fosters trust and growth in his support of others. He is dedicated to encouraging individuals to seek help early to achieve their goals.
Coach Mireille
Mireille is a specialist in neurodiversity who believes in the power of low-intensity CBT to equip people to achieve sustained positive outcomes.
A former paediatric nurse, a special education consultant and trainer, Mireille in 2011 co-founded an innovative educational, therapeutic and activity centre in Beirut, Lebanon. Her pioneering work was recognised with a United Nations award.
In 2022, Mireille and her family emigrated to Australia on a Distinguished Talent visa, where she has provided bi-lingual (English and Arabic) Li CBT services to communities in Western Sydney and worked as a senior therapist in the private sector.
Mireille relishes working with educators, employers, professionals, parents and children.
