We want to hear from people who have experienced financial hardship in the past. We particularly want to learn about the strategies and supports that helped you cope.
As someone who has been there, do you have strategies or messages of support for those who are now facing financial challenges? Beyond Blue is wanting to hear and learn from your experiences to help guide the creation of resources to help others.
You may have come through a difficult financial period in your life with a better understanding of how to take control of your finances and manage your mental health. You might have sought support or counselling, from either a financial or mental health perspective (or perhaps both).
How will we use your response?
All responses to this activity will be shared with the Beyond Blue Content team. Your responses will help them develop content as part of work we are doing with one of our community partners, Financial Counselling Australia. It may be used on the Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service website.
In some instances, they may:
- Lightly edit your responses (for clarity, grammar and spelling) as required and republish them with your permission (using first names only).
- Contact you to find out if you would be interested in being interviewed for an article speaking to a specific aspect of your response (via video conference call or over the phone).
