Benjamin Law: You don’t seem yourself, what’s been happening for you?

Barry Du Bois: When someone has thoughts of suicide it can feel overwhelming inside.

Courtney Miller: But on the outside the warning signs can be subtle.

Erik Horrie: They might say they feel like a burden,

Sam: or they might simply take less care in their appearance

Kevin: If you notice a change, the best thing you can do

Erik Horrie: So we talked for a while, then I asked

Sam: Because they listened, really listened.

Leilani: They helped me feel safe, and encouraged me to talk to my elders,

Sam: They helped me find the right professional help.

Barry Du Bois: Our message today is simple.

Kerry: If you notice a change, the best thing you can do

Kevin: is sit down and have a yarn.

Benjamin Law: You don’t have to be a professional to ask someone if they’re thinking about  suicide or feeling suicidal.

Erik Horrie: You don’t have to try and fix the problem.
